Our commitment

We collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you and to prepare the work you asked about, and we never sell or trade it. Every submission is reviewed by the founding principals and treated with the same confidentiality that governs our client engagements. Ora Advisory House, Riyadh, is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect, and when

• Contact form: your name, organization, email, phone, area of interest, and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• SME Network registration: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, domain, and expertise summary, so we can assess fit and reach out when a brief calls for your depth.
• Readiness Diagnostic: your name, email, chosen track, and capability results, so your preliminary report can be prepared for consultation. Your individual answers are used for scoring and for the detailed report only.

The site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

How your information travels

Form submissions reach our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, over encrypted connections. Because form delivery is provided by an international service, the limited data needed to deliver your message is processed outside Saudi Arabia, protected by encryption in transit, and nothing more is shared with it. Fonts are served from this site itself, so simply reading these pages sends nothing to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and diagnostic results are kept for as long as a conversation or engagement remains live, and are deleted on request. SME registrations are kept while your interest stands, and reviewed at least every two years to confirm it does.

Your rights

In line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may ask at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. One email to info@advisoryora.com.sa is enough. You may also raise a concern with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the Kingdom's data protection regulator.
